Mike has over 28 years of experience in the printing industry including web offset, gravure, sheetfed and digital workflows with 18 of those years at RR Donnelley. Previous to RR Donnelley, he worked at Quebecor USA and also as a Production Manager for a large horticultural catalog company. He has been heavily involved in new software system installations across multi-site companies for 18 of those years of which EFI systems cover a large portion of those years. Currently, he is on the team that supports the Foundation installations across many plants within RR Donnelley. Areas of expertise include Monarch Foundation, PrintFlow, and Planner. And for those that want to have a pre-EFI flashback, he also worked on the implementation of “Toolbox” and “Ship 32” back in the 90’s. In his spare time, Mike is very involved with his church and family which includes 4 children and two son-in-laws, and 4 grandchildren (and growing). He is also very involved in the art of Bonsai.

Shawn has 18 years’ experience with using Monarch foundation. He started at Premier Press 20 years ago in Dec of 1997 and his current role at Premier is the System Administrator. During this time he has become familiar with many aspects of the Foundation suite all the way back while it was Print Café Hagen OA. In recent years he has become familiar with Process Shipper and Auto Count. He also administers VMware View and ESXi environments with about 120 desktops and about 35 servers virtualized. Shawn enjoys outdoor activities like Hunting, Camping, Fishing. Shawn is also a big Star Trek fan!

Terri has been with C & J for over 31 years, which is where her printing experience began. C & J started using Hagen in the mid to early 90’s and upgraded to Monarch Foundation in 2012. Terri was active in the setup and implementation of both systems and is very active in all areas of the use of Monarch Foundation on a daily basis. Recreational interests include riding ATV’s in the mountains, motorcycling, scuba diving, kayaking, boating, and also raising quarter horses. She enjoys these activities with her husband whenever possible.

A 35 year veteran to the industry Dave has implemented several business systems over his career.
An alumni of University of Wisconsin – Stout. Actively involved in the Desktop Publishing “revolution” and transition from conventional to electronic pre-press. Dave then worked for Hagen Systems from 1999 to 2007. Surviving the printCafe to EFI transition, Dave provided software demonstrations as a Technical Sales Specialist. Currently, he supports the Foundation installation along with several internally developed applications at IWCO Direct. Outside of work, Dave enjoys his “Victory Vision” motorcycle along with charter sailing in the Caribbean.
Kevan Meinershagen (email@example.com)
Manager of Process Improvement | Allen Press, Inc.
Kevan joined Allen Press in 1999 and has worn many different hats over the course of his career. The primary focus was on various aspects of the Online Publishing division; there he has worked as a developer, sat in customer and technical support roles, managed production groups, and has presented advice and insights on the various caveats involved with publishing online content. He was responsible for the Online Publishing division at Allen Press for 9 years; during which he managed several large content migrations and site launches. Through these he discovered his interest in workflow analysis and project management. In 2016 Kevan was the Project Manager for the Allen Press transition to EFI Monarch. The launch included iQuote, Foundation, PrintFlow, Auto-Count, and Process Shipper all at once. Despite that he is still sane and relatively happy with how the project went.
