We would like to take this opportunity to share with you what the Monarch Users Group is all about. We are a fantastic community of printing, mailing and fulfillment companies from across the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Germany and the UK, who work together to support one another in their use of Monarch Foundation, Planner, PrintFlow, AutoCount, PrintStream and other add-on modules.

Our organization is its own entity, meaning we are wholly independent from EFI. We are not owned, directed or funded by them. We are a non-profit organization that is self-supporting through membership dues. This makes us more effective at achieving our goals of assisting our fellow users, providing education and support to our members, and presenting a unified voice to EFI in a collaborative effort to enrich the Monarch Suite of products through committee groups that manage user-submitted requests for software enhancements.

We operate remotely, for the most part, having monthly webinars, open forums, as well an informational website. Other communication is via a quarterly electronic newsletter and a monthly president’s update. We also have Monarch Users Group meetings at Connect in January and again in the Fall.

An open line of communication is critical to our success; we are in frequent contact with terrific people at EFI via our meetings and also through an amazing liaison assigned to us by EFI. We currently have seven different user enhancement committees that meet regularly, discuss and make decisions on user-submitted requests for enhancements. We work closely with the Product Managers and Designers at EFI to get as many of those software enhancements incorporated into the system as possible, with each release.

In order to become a member, you will need to complete the Membership Form and submit your dues payment. 

Companies that have never previously joined the User Group receive their first year FREE! 

The membership rates are based on the number of employees in your organization, and membership enables all the Monarch users in your company to participate in the Users Group.

Most of our members fall in the 1st tier and pay $250/year.
